Millfield School – Stock Control System

Project description

Two school shops, a timetable, and the same labelling and shrink problems as a high-street till. Several handhelds had to count stock at the same time without overwriting each other’s work.

We built the download, work, upload cycle: barcode scan and label print on Windows CE 4.0, then a merge back into one stock file, so any number of devices could count concurrently and the school still had one inventory it could trust.
